New Jersey Sailors on the National Stage
Southern Regional High School (MASSA/NJ) capped off a strong season with a Top-10 finish at the Mallory, competing against the nation’s best high school sailing programs.
New Jersey sailors also played key roles for several nationally ranked teams. Harrison Szot of Bay Head helped Severn School (MASSA/MD) capture both the Baker National Team Race Championship and the Mallory Fleet Race National Championship, completing a sweep of high school sailing’s two premier national titles.
Miles Cundey of Mantoloking and his teammates at St. George's School (NESSA/RI) also turned in an impressive performance, finishing second at the Mallory and third at the Baker.
Congratulations to all sailors on a successful season!
