Donor Profile: Barnegat Bay Yacht Racing Association
From the shore to the starting line, youth sailing thrives on a strong community – and the Barnegat Bay Yacht Racing Association (BBYRA) is helping make that possible.
Following a productive collaboration around Instructor Prep Day, BBYRA made a leading gift to the New Jersey Youth Sailing Foundation, supporting our mission to advance youth sailing across New Jersey.
This summer, BBYRA’s generosity helped provide snacks and refreshments for our High School Sailing Pre-Season Clinic, bringing scholastic sailors together to connect, learn, and sharpen their skills on the water. Their support also funded the NJ Optimist Triple Crown 2026 Jewel of the Bay Award, recognizing the top performer at the upper Barnegat Bay USODA championships hosted by Toms River Yacht Club and Lavallette Yacht Club.
Thank you, BBYRA, for helping young sailors find their place on the water.
